Waited 15 for food. Got our food, and was missing over half the order. Had to go back and wait in line for almost 45 minutes to... even let them know so we could get our food. Idk what's going on inside there, but it's not working. There are hundreds of otherBos around, I would not go to this one. Judging by other reviews on here, I'm not alone. This location is very close to my house and we periodically drop in. Lately the service has been less than good. One day they... were out of?CHICKEN. Another day only certain pieces of chicken were available. Today I asked for a kids leg but guess what,they?re out of legs. But won?t let me sub wings without being charged. They also don?t have honey mustard. I waited in line atleast 20 minutes before getting to the window to be told I have to wait longer for fries. Read more
Slowest wait in a drive-thru I have ever been in. Literally haven?t even taken our order yet and there?s a 10 car pile up.... Nobody will answer through their headsets. Terrible experience. Waited an hour because they forgot our order. Missing 3 sides and no biscuits. Hoping to get a refund to... rectify the situation and restore confidence in Bojangles as it has been one of our favorites. Update: the GM called and isproviding a full refund and a sincere apology.
