Called up to the store and let them know I wanted my sandwich hot like how I request it when I go into the store since you... aren't allowed to make special recommendations through DoorDash. The person that answered the phone was not only rude but alsostated "we don't do that, I mean I can put it in the microwave for you". I have never heard that before and they are usuallyable to do it on the grill. Very disappointed in the customer service although my food was correct besides me having it hot asrequested. Read more
Got a "giant" Big Kahuna Chicken... It was not worth $16. There was *barely* any meat on the sandwich. The other two sandwiches... were fine, by all accounts, but mine was very disappointing. I ended up just scraping what meat there was off the bread. Westopped by on the way home from out of town, so I'll just stick to our usual JM's fr now on.
