SERVE A SCOOP OF RICE. I went in yesterday and the line was out the door. I patiently waited my turn. I ask for no beans and... they severed me a half a scoop of rice. The bottom of my bowl was empty so I asked for the other half of my scoop of rice andthe guy rolled his eyes at me. The line was long and they I guess they were waiting for a new batch of rice but that's notreally my problem. I'm paying nearly $15 bucks for a bowl...serve me a full scoop and leave the attitude at home. Read more
I've placed 3 drive up orders and all have been bad experiences. First they got order wrong, second they had me waiting for over... 10 min and forgot an item third the food just wasn't well made. I ordered ahead on their app almost an hour before pick up so i could just grab and go. I waited 25 mins in their new drive... thru lane and then they gave me someone else's order and said they couldn't fix it.
