We ate here for breakfast. Our was taken promptly, the order taker/cashier was friendly however the two people who were serving... order were both rude. When called my number I asked the woman to please give me some ketchup and black peppers and she ignoredme and so I asked the other server which is a man but he also ignored me. They weren?t that busy that morning for them to ignoreme cause they?re both waiting for the drive through order to finish to they can pick them. Then the tables weren?t clean and therestroom was horribly dirty. They should have staff to mind the tables and restroom. Read more
It's obvious this store can't handle lunch rush crowds. People had been waiting for a while for their food. Some orders were... even lost. I ordered a double quarter pounder and when I got home the meat was severely under cooked, almost raw inside. I'vebeen there before with no problem but won't go during lunch crowds . Read more
The lady working the drive through on 10/07/22 at 2:55 AM with tattoos on her arm deserves a raise. Hand wrote all the orders... since the systems were down, was friendly, accurate, prepared the food more than perfectly and gave us a good amount of sauce,ketchup and napkins without us even having to ask! So you close the dining room at 6pm? Or is that standard practice. Seems like the mgmt? should follow protocol and at least put... something on the door. Go to the one on Washington or Durfee. A lot nicer and they had their dining rooms open after 6pm. Read more
