I have to give this place 5-stars. I ordered the Papas con chorizo & 3 Lil Pigs skillets. We also ordered deep fried pancakes... and the Specialty Mimosa which is a bottle of champagne and two juice options. The pancakes were okay. They reminded me offunnel cake. It went really well with the skillet. The champagne was actually pretty tasty as well. The only negative was howone of the bartenders didn?t check on us. The register was right in front of us and she wouldn?t even look up to acknowledgeus. The other young lady was helpful though. The highlight was the drink and beverage manager, Lucy. She was awesome andchecked on us multiple times. I?d definitely recommend this location. I saw a lot of drinks and plates I want to try. Read more

This place had a great selection of everything from drinks (alcoholic and non) to appetizers (we had the pork belly with... balsamic and goat cheese), and entrees (I had the Halibut), with sides (arugala salad a d Mac and cheese), and dessert (lattecreme brulee and aloha tres leeches) The waitress took her time to give good recommendations and explain every dish we hadquestions about. Eh, it's okay. Breakfast selection is limited, I'd rather go to their sister restaurant, Toast. Food is the same, but more... affordable. This place has the space though, and they serve alcohol, unlike Toast. The food was overpriced in my opinion. Thesmall bowl of fruit was $7. It was WAY TOO SMALL for that price. And they weren't even sweet. If I'm gonna pay a premium forfruit, at least give me premium fruit. The quality of the food is exactly like that of Toast. So why pay more? Aside from that,location is clean, and as always staff is friendly. Read more

Cute little place in Whittier. It?s huge and crowded but they seat you fast. Highly recommend the papas chorizo and the deep... fried pancake. Sooo good!! Mexican coffee is very sweet but good if that?s your thing. Read more
