Was visiting Cherokee Casino for about 4 days and didn't like the casino food on the first day. Next day came and I remembered... seen an Arby's on the way in to casino area. Needless to say went there everyday until we left the casino. Good jobguys!!!???????????????????????? Read more

We were here on the evening of October 8. For being fast food it was not fast. Let me prequel that with.... by no means was this... the gentleman at the fronts fault. Nor was it the lady making food. Who I an assuming was the manager, was more worried aboutemptying half bags of trash and texting and socializing than helping with a long line of people. I think his name is Matthew.That's what is on the receipt. He gets a standing ovation. He was the only reason we didn't walk out after watching the womanwith the trash and her phone. The staff looks over worked, understaffed and under appreciated like almost every business outthere right now. However, there could have been extra hands to help. After chatting with someone she knew in line, she did offerto come take over his job and allow him to take the trash all the way out for her. Thankfully he declined. That would not havebeen good. That place needs Matthew up there. He was busting his butt to take orders, fill orders and wear many hats at onetime. Even in the face of people being very impatient, he wore a smile and was a delight. He never showed any frustration otherthan wondering where the other lady was while he was swamped.
