Black bean burger was very hard on the edge and fell apart in middle, they forgot the Guacamole and ranch for the burger(asked... for it on the side), fries good, rating 2. Enough food for lunch, but paid more than what some might consider worth it... 15 bbqWings were good, fries flavorful. Quick service for 3pm, rating 4. The burgers were great quality but the wings not so much even though the word wings is in the franchise name. Service was decent... as we had to wait for a very long time for the food to come out. They keep running out of certain items on the menu as well. Thestaff were at least friendly. Read more
The food is usually great but the service is terrible. I don't know if their services have too many tables at once or just not... properly trained. I keep coming here because I like the food ONLY. I have had many different servers at this particular locationand none of them have been great. I was in here for over an hour this time with my 3 kids and my waitress only stopped here withmy food and check. Never offered to refills any drinks or just to make sure we didn't need anything. I came about 1pm on a Tuesday and sat at the bat for what its worth but my food came out VERY quickly, bartender was on top of... things, food tasted as it should, right amount of sauce on the wings and was the correct spice level, nachos had enough toppingsetc, only 2 small critiques is that it wasnt as clean as I would have liked to have seen and as usual was pretty chilly in thebuilding. New in town, I love bdubs, so I'm not sure if this is a normal thing at this location. But there was a ton of food just sitting... out on tables, seating was slow, and it didn't look like most of the waiters were bussing their tables after they left. Angelwas our server.
