Food was cold and order was wrong. Called to speak to manager. 740 N Tyler at 8:30 pm on 9/18/22. Marcus answered and was very... rude and unprofessional. Told my husband that our food wasn't cold it was made fresh and asked him if he could hear the beepingnoise as he was dropping fresh food as we speak. Then asked him what he wanted him to do about it as we were lying and then hehung up on us. For a place who's slogan is "have it your way" they never seem to get it right. Most of the time not even close. Not to mention,... the staff either dont care to understand the order or they lack the training. I would bypass this store. The are plenty ofother fast food places with a block or two. Read more
