First time there. Lovely folks and yummy treats!! I stopped in for some birthday goodies. What I chose was perfect!!! Raspberry... brownie, sprinkle brownie, lemon bar, raspberry bar and button cookies. Read more
Today I called twice, the first time no answer, 2nd time (2hrs later) which was at 3:44pm the lady who answered was already... short from the get go but I went on and asked her how much a dozen of cookies star shaped that would be Red, white and blue andsaid thank you for service would be? She told me the price and I then asked her if it would be possible to place a order just1dozen and pick up tomorrow before you guys closed and snotty and short the lady says ?ummm no? I then said ok could I try andget it for Thursday? Again short and with a attitude says ?umm let me look? at that point I just hung up and decided if yourstaff who works here can?t have better costumer service then I will not be placing any more orders from here anymore. Iunderstand if I was asking for several dozen or something even more complicated but I wasn?t it was one dozen! And there was noreason for the shortness and the attitude to begin with. Read more
Terrible service, don?t waste your time. Spoke to a woman over the phone and instructed her that I wanted another cake along the... same lines as I always order (a tiered, 3-dimensional cake) but this year, a pirate theme..I was told this could be done in timeas always, but then I sent the picture for inspiration and am told that they can only make a Walmart-Style Sheet Cake in timefor my sons birthday? Absolutely laughable! I only patronized Cheri?s as it is a small local business, but you have now lost agreat customer. Read more
I cane to buy something small for my elderly grandfather's birthday, purchased a lemon bar, a raspberry bar, a white and... chocolate cupcake, and a package of sugar cookies. It all looked so yummy! I am gluten intolerant though so when I got home andthe goodies were being eyed by the men in my life, I handed over the pa Kate of sugar cookies. Despite how wonderful everythinglooked, it all turned out to be dry. I squeezed the sides of the cupcakes and sure enough, they were anything but soft andmoist. Maybe the air in their case was dry I'm not sure, I purchased a custom cake from Cheri's and it it was good by allaccounts however that was a few years ago. Maybe a fluke but was disappointed I needed to move to plan B for grandfather'streat. Read more
