Very bland taste . Messed up order and wouldn?t take it back . Also wanted to charge extra for correct food . Small portions .... Shrimp has no flavor . I work very close to this establishment and frequent this location quite a bit for my lunch period. Today, I mistakenly ordered... shrimp instead of chicken wings from the website. I was fine with this mistake as it was my own; but upon opening my bag, andlifting up the garlic sauce I requested, it poured out of the bottom of the container it melted through all over the bag andmyself BURNING MY HAND. Not to mention, it also melted through the container underneath it. I called to report the incident andto my amazement, no empathy was shown all the woman said was "What do you want me to do???". After this, I STILL attempted toeat the food as I had no time to reorder because my lunch is only 30 minutes. To find the shrimp was mushy in the middle, andthe rice was mushy as well was just ridiculous. This is unacceptable on any level. No matter how much I pay, I expect qualityfood AND customer service. I will no longer be referring my friends to eat here. There are too many other options for greatChinese food, who also treat their customers decently. Hello. This little nook borders some good neighbourhoods- Longview, Grandview Heights, Schweiter- but also has the worst of the... worst behind it- Hilltop. I'd take a lot of these reviews with a grain of salt. I buy from here regularly and they adhere to myrequests for less salt and oil. I buy fried rice and ask for no white rice. The result is oddly more of the dish Ipurchased. When I buy a pint for $4 I don't expect much, And I get much more. I have ordered from here before, it was never the best. It worked in those times that my kid was in bed and didn't want to... leave. Until tonight. It was absolutely disgusting!
