Ordered via chipotle app for quick pick up do you being on my lunch break. ??????????? Picked up the sealed bag, drove back to... work. Realized there was no napkin and no fork ????. Then opened the bowl to see it was someone else?s order. Looked at the topof the bowl it was someone else?s name. Checked the bag, it was my name. ???? Drove back to chipotle, waited while no one wantedto help me. Finally the girl working Togo couldn?t dodge me anymore, she asked what I needed I told her the above. She walkedout to quick pick up, checked inside another order, pulled my bowl from the bottom of the bag. Then proceeded to put the bowlthat I had already opened of the other persons right down in there bag ????. I told her I didn?t think that was right. Shedisagreed. ???? I asked her to check my bowl before I left to make sure it was right, her coworker that was now hovering andhaving a side conversation with her about me interjected and said?it can?t be wrong, the printer prints it out as we make it???? Asked for a fork, told her no fork no napkin in a ?Togo bag? she said ?yeah, I?ve been the only one here. I?m too busy toget more cause I don?t have anymore. But I stocked some over there, you can get your own? ???? Then, I drive back to work, crackopen my bowl. It was cold?.like it had been in a cooler, even the rice?.also still incorrect. Placed an online order through the app. Picked it up. Once home, items were missing. Food was cold. Queso container was only... half full. Called the store. It took multiple tries for them to answer. When they finally did, the worker was rude, unhelpful. I could come back if I wanted. Refunds are apparently.not possible any more. She said she could "give me" my missing item. Iguess that would be good, since I had actually already paid for it. Asked for the order to be remade if I came back, so thefood would not be cold. They refused. I did not go back. Nor will I. Lousy food. Worse customer service. Shared my experiencein the app as well. Simply think Chipotle does not care. If you want good food -or all your food - or to be treated politely- donot eat here. This is the worst chipotle in the area. Makes me wish I lived out west still. They messed up on my husband's order (I ordered... online) I pulled up my receipt to make sure it wasn't me that messed up and it wasn't me. When I went back to get it fixed therewas no apology, no manager in sight. They remade it, handed it to me and that was it. I get better service from my trashcompany. Read more
