If I could give 0 stars, definitely would?ve. My family and I decided to stop here for dinner. They had us waiting 20 minutes... extra for chicken to be done, they had HORRIBLE customer service. Instead of explaining that was why we were having to wait(since we ordered ahead of time on the app) we had to knock on the window just to figure out what was taking so long. By thetime we got our food, all our food was COLD. I left a message on the app sharing how unsatisfied I was with this location andwas told someone would follow up. Nobody did. My suggestion is go anywhere but here, even McDonald?s dollar menu would?ve beenso much better. $30 wasted. Read more
I?ve been to this location three times in the last few months?the first time they couldn?t give me $5 and some change back so I... just left it as a tip! The second one was an online pickup that went smoothly! Today I went there for the third time and theyseemed kinda unorganized and didn?t really have a position for each person and I got a. The chipotlane on Seneca cannot be trusted. Every time I use it, I get tiny portions, crunchy rice, cold everything, missing... meat (COMPLETELY MISSING, see attached pic), guac made with huge pieces of unripe, unsmashable avocado, and fajita veggies withundigestible charred bits mixed in. It?s the worst Chipotle. Additionally, there is a humorless angry man working there whoseems to be in the upper burrito hierarchy, as I have seen him at the Maple & Ridge location, too. He?s 30 something, with brownhair, short beard, and never smiles. I?m giving two stars instead of one because my orders placed in person have beenreasonably good, even when served by the angry man. This place is amazing! I was starving, literally about to pass out from hunger because I had gone to the gym and then had to run... to the store and everything was closed. It was 959 and they closed at 10. I made my feeble way to the front door, with dismalhope, like a beggar, and they welcomed me with open arms like I was a member of their family. Everyone was super nice and havinga great time....made me want to quit my 9-5 and call this place my home. My burrito was the best burrito I've ever ate. 100stars out of 10. My experience here was horrible. I DoorDash end my order and kept getting updates from my dasher with all these lame excuses,... thinking it was my dashers fault.
