The quality and taste of the food was good and fresh. The cashier was friendly, and the portions were good not skimpy.

Normally I love DQ! Last time I went, I asked for chili dog with onions and ketchup packs. They covered the hot dogs with so... much ketchup, the tops and sides of the boxes were wet & I could not eat them as too much ketchup makes me really sick which iswhy I ask for packs. Then today was a bust. I ordered 2 chili dogs with onions and ketchup packs. The hot dogs were not cook! I truly am not exaggerating this. It was like they took them out the fridge and nuked them for about 10 secs & covered themwith chili-the chili was good! I got to eat that. The ends of the dogs were still cold.
