Worst LC in Wichita! 2 hours for a cheese pizza, & cheese bread! 4 employees all long hair, no hats or hair nets. Watched them... not wash their hands not ONCE on that two hours and no gloves scratching their heads and touching meat, cheese, dough...Disgusting! The supposed manager getting attitudes with customers and one "cook" cussing at customer. There were 17 of uswaiting. 5 of which were there over 2 hours! Unacceptable! Entire crew and management need to be fired or at the leastre-trained and supervised until they can handle cooking pizza. Read more
You can tell these people only make 7.25. Some of the most rude disrespectful kids that could have a job are here. & I don?t... know about the management I called in 2 large extra pepperoni pizzas yesterday and had my husband drop them off to me and thekids before he went to work because my car is broke down and I?m sick, they have us 2 cheese pizzas that were very low quality.I tried calling them about 4 times and got a voicemail like the calls were forwarded to a cell phone. Got ahold of them todayand the young man lied to the manager and said I wanted to speak to her NOW while I told the young man I would wait, I asked whyhe said that to her and he hung up on me. Just ridiculous, that first of all the manager is so busy because they?re understaffedand have to employ the worst people that are so dumb to get paid 7.25 an hour that they can?t even talk to customers on thephone. If I can give a 0 that's what it would be. I ordered online I got there was t ready waited over an hour for e said 1 pizza that... was coming out. While 2 employees were getting into a fist fight In the back and all other employees that needed to payattention to other stuff went back to break up. Pizzas and bread were backing up. Like 20 people waiting in lobby mind youplenty that walked out. I wouldve to if u could've just got my refund. This was so terrible! Read more
They almost never answer the phone. Sometimes I call over 20 times, and let it ring over twenty times just so I can place a... delivery, and pickup. I've learned that I cannot just go in and pick up a hot and ready pizza. Every time I show up, there is noone working at the counter to take an order. I have to stand around in the small waiting area along with 15 other waitingpeople, just so I can PLACE an order. There are almost never hot and ready pizzas that are hot and ready to pick up when I walkin. The management is as bad as it can be. I keep trying to give this location chances, since it is on the way home from work,but this place will never get it together. Read more

Tonight my little brother and I was starving and we went to a different little Caesar?s pizza on Harry and walked in and this... lady said ?sorry we aren?t taking anymore orders we?re closed you can now leave? so sarcastically. Now understand this it was8:20 pm they don?t close till 9. Unfortunately we had to drive 15 minutes to another little Caesar?s and the one on 2548 SSeneca was outstanding they had great customer service, everyone was very friendly and understanding!!
