The waitress was sweet. BUT I found a STAPLE in my food. Thank goodness I didn't eat it.
YUM-MEEE! This was my first visit to Lemongrass, and it was absolutely delicious. Everything tasted amazing, and was presented... nicely. We ordered the lemongrass chicken wings, the Vietnamese tacos, the spring rolls, and a beef jerky and papaya salad. Thetacos were a little on the spicy side for myself, but my friend absolutely devoured hers. There were a few gnats, and a very,very bothersome fly, but I can overlook that when the food is so good. Service was average, nothing above and beyond, butpleasant nonetheless. My friend and I were the only ones in there for the better part of an hour, kind of a shame that at dinnertime it was absolutely empty. Beautiful aesthetics, and a decent location. Very disappointed with the poor customer service. We were the only table in the dining room covered by a single waitress and... possibly the only person working front of house. It took about ten minutes after she seated us to bring out waters. All entreeswere brought out five minutes apart. She was wearing AirPods while we spoke to her and had to take them out to communicatebefore putting them back in. I waited patiently after we finished eating for her to drop by the table, but after about tenminutes, got up to find her around the corner huddled over her phone. I hope we caught them on a bad day. Been here before and really liked the food and service. Until my last visit, went in there it wasn’t busy AT ALL ONLY ONE... CUSTOMER, went straight to the bar since no one seemed to notice us, we told the server we would be only drinking and all shesaid was that the bartender wasn’t there so she couldn’t make any drinks, okay completely understandable, we asked if wecould at least get some water in the meantime and SHE LITERALLY SAID NO TO US LIKE WHAT??? If it was because of money youcould’ve just charged us instead of saying you can’t bring us any water. Will never come back again. What kind of employeesays that to a customer. Read more
