Went to get a salad and a chicken sandwich. They were out of bread. Had to chuckle that Panera Bread was out of bread. Ordered... just the salad and chips and they were out of chips. Got the apple and the apple was mushy in the middle.Put the wrong dressingwith the salad. Ordered coffee and they said the coffee machine was broken. Salad was about half the size I got last time andwasn't worth the price. Place has really gone down hill and I won't be back. Read more
If you can avoid going to this Panera you should at all cost, so disorganized. I love Panera and this was my first time going to... this location, the girl took forever to get my order, which was super simple as is, she kept having to run around for seeminglyno reason, and then their cars reader wouldn?t read my Apple Pay. Very frustrating especially because my boyfriend needed to beat work in 30 minutes and it took her 10 minutes just to get my order of 2 bowls of the same soup and two cups of the same Macand cheese. It was unreal. I ended up walking out without my order because it took 5 minutes to try and give them my payment andmy boyfriend was going to be late. I called the Panera on rock road and got my order in a matter of a few minutes and thenpulled up and used my Apple Pay in seconds because, go figure, they actually knew which screen to pull up. I don?t know if theemployees at this location are just very poorly trained or what, but I?ll never go to this location again. Read more
I placed a ?rapid pickup order? and waited 40 minutes. There?s only one pickup parking spot, so I had to go in and sit at a... dirty table. They said they made a mistake and had to remake it after 25 minutes. They said they would call my name when it wasready. Instead, a production employee puts it on the counter (not the pickup counter) and the customer service employees talk toeach other and ignore everyone. I again had to ask if that was my food, and they were annoyed that I was asking. Please skip this Panera and go the Rock Road one if you can. I came to this one a couple of times within the past three weeks... and was VERY disappointed everytime.
