Sonic's SuperSONIC Bacon Double Cheeseburger is a pretty good one. It's got a half pound of flat top cooked beef and not just... one but two slices of American cheese. I took that first bite which was a tasty one. This was a well executed fast foodburger, everything was pretty much on point from the crust on the beef patties to the toast on the bun. The beef was perfectlyseasoned, the bacon was perfectly crisp and had good coverage providing bacon in each bite. The creamy American cheese had anice melt. The veggies provided a fresh balance to the meat and the amount of mayo was nicely applied, not too much, not toolittle. As Goldilocks might say, it was "just right." Sonic's burger beats out the likes of Hardee's, McDonald's, DairyQueen, Burger King and others. Read more
Ordered from the app. The app was easy to use. Checked in with no issues. My order was delivered to my vehicle. The drink for... myself was wrong. Contacted staff over the speaker using the red button. They said they?d be right out. Waited 15 minutes and noone ever came out. Pushed the button again, they answered. Told them I got the wrong drink and I?m still waiting. They soundedless than thrilled to assist me and said they would be out. Waited another 5 minutes. I placed an online order about a half hour, around 10:24, before they closed because I wanted a shake and it was half-priced. I... arrive and check-in and wait about 5 minutes before the screen tells me that an associate named Marcus is on my way with myorder. I wait 20 minutes, watching other cars come and go, and I still don?t have my shake. I press the red button to get aholdof an associate to let them know and wait 5 minutes before pressing it again to make sure I got through. I let the associateknow what?s going on and that I have yet to receive my order despite all the other cars having come after me and get theirorders before me. Shortly after, Marcus appears with my melted shake in hand, sans straw, and asks if I need anything else. Iwas too frustrated to say I wanted a remake or a refund or to even mention that he didn?t bring a straw, so I left and I criedon my drive home.
