On two different occasions I've tried to call in an order. Both days the phone was never answered despite me calling... continuously. So I decide to go to the location only to find there wasn't any customers being attended to nor was there any customers there.This is around 1130am. The staff were just standing around. Really? I have to admit I was pleasantly surprised at my recent visit to Wings and Things. Couldn't tell from the outside but there... were more customers on the inside then the parking lot, meaning walk-ins which is a good sign. A very pleasant hostess took myorder of fried wings. The wait took the average amount of time needed to cook chicken from start to finish. I'd much ratherwait for the 'made to order' fresh rather than the 'hope to try and keep the order warm under a heat lamp' . They do tell youwhat the average wait time will be, plus you can call ahead if you're pressed for time. When I got my order It was hot,flavorful, juicy, crispy, crunchy and overall the right blend of tasty. I'll be back for sure. Read more
