Pull up to the drive thur and it was a 20 minute wait, it seem as if there was only one person work, I felt sorry for him you... could hear him over the intercom trying to place the order's and wait on the next customer's that was in front of us and itseem that he did not have any backup. Now the fish was good just wish the pieces were a bit bigger for that price, now moving tothe coleslaw it was brown and look like it was six months old and the taste was just as bad. Wait there more after getting mybill on the paperwork was a message to text about the service which I did and as of today I have not received a reply and todaydate is 11/14/22 and the date of my purchase was 11/10/22. Food good as always. A little slow but not bad. Fresh and tasty.
Horrible experience. Came through town to watch a football game. Stopped by after the game and waited 45 minutes to get my food.... Not busy at all. Plus every single employee was on phones the whole time. 0/10 don't recommend. Read more
My Disabled Son and I came to eat lunch at Golden Chick today. Golden Chick is the only Chicken fast food place that sells oven... roasted chicken and it's great! We enjoyed both fried and oven roasted chicken for lunch today. My Son even ordered the jalapenopoppers. The man who took our orders was very polite and had great customer service manners. This was the fastest like fast food experience I ever had literally walked in at like 8:00. Ask for my chicken. Went to go get... my drink and then I had my chicken. I had to ask for some ketchups and the drink fountain for the Dr. Pepper had not a lot ofcarbonation in it but I wasn't even expecting a drink for how cheap the meal was. So to be honest with you it was just kind ofnice to get a drink in general. I would have gotten a tea but they were out of tea at the moment which I didn't blow them forbecause of how late it was. But you know more people. She did it golden chick. It's about the same goodness as chicken express.But a lot cheaper it seems.
