Went through the drive thru and ordered a sourdough jack and curly fries combo and my husband ordered mini tacos. They were out... of the mini tacos so he ordered the jalapeno poppers. We got our food and it was cold and there was a hair glob in my fries. Themeat wasn't even Luke warm. They replaced the poppers and fries, but the poppers were still not hot. Read more
I had the worst experience today I?m an everyday customer pass by Jack in the box every morning get my breakfast with my coffee... and get an order of French toast every morning today as I pull around to the drive thru the lady taking my order has anextremely bad attitude as I?m ordering I ask for an order of French toasts and she yelled at me and told me the discontinuedthem even though the day before I got French toast so I order a biscuit and a curly fry burger the munch box for my co worker Iget to the window and she?s asking my order again so basically she didn?t take my order the first time and we?ll I pay andeverything keep in mind I work across the street I?m siting in my car about to eat my breakfast Biscuit since my French toastgot ?supposedly discontinued ? my biscuit is cold I take a bite and the sausage is like frozen and then my co worker opens hermunch box and her tacos or cold and instead of curly fries they give her a mix of fry?s and the curly fry burger doesn?t haveany curly fries in it it was just the worst experience we have had I think today was the last day I will be getting at jack inthe box ???? I ordered a few things. They came out with half of it, when I went to ask when the rest was coming out. They asked me what I was... talking about. I went to tell them what I was missing, then they wanted the manager to look at the camera to prove that they hadgiven me everything. I had everything they gave me on the table. Read more
I decided to try out Jack in the Box again after not being able to get to one for a year, and it wasn't quite as I remembered... it. The chicken nuggets were not as tasty as I remembered. The fries were still just as good, however. I initially had troubleordering the food, since the person at the drive-thru speaker didn't speak English very well. With how far away I had to travelfor the food and how subpar my experience was, I will not be coming back soon. Read more
