Last week I ordered from the restaurant through Uber eats and part of my order was missing. When I called them, they said they... would send a coupon to make it right. They gave us a free meal and made it right. There are a lot of places that would not dothis. I really appreciate it and their attention to the customer is amazing! Read more

This was the worst meal I have ever gotten from a McAlisters Deli. My Granddaughters fruit cup was mushy she didn't even get... her correct meal. My baked potatoe tasted and looked like it was made yesterday. The sandwiches that were supposed to be hotwere cold. I am very very disappointed. I could not go in to the restaurant because of my broke foot I called spoke with themanager on duty Jason or Justin i think. He told me they would remake it but i had to come get it even though I had the originalorder delivered. Had i been able to go in I would take all the nasty food back. Poor quality. Well if you want to feel like your back in high school with the little cliques, than this is the place for you!! Ordered three... sides to go of cucumber salad, waited over ten minutes still nothing. Finally someone walks over and asks what I ordered I toldher and brings out one salad ????????!! I ended up getting my money back and leaving, you know what's sad is the manager waseven part of the high school clique as well. Read more
