I ordered from Uber eats. The whole transaction took 40 mins. We were missing many items & all of the sauces that we ordered... but, more importantly, our food was freezing cold. we could barely bite the tortillas on our quesadilla & taco. My spicy potatotaco had THREE cold potatoes. Unfortunately Uber eats won?t let me report it that way since we were missing items. I will neverorder from this Taco Bell again. Terrible. Counter staff was friendly and great. They were slow and i watched them prepare my food. When using portions in... recipes, a customer should receive the full portion of ingredients on items. Added steak to a quesadilla, not cheap, and thecook dumped half of it down the trash hole in the line. I asked them to add more and they argued. This Taco Bell has been terrible. Second time trying it and they are still out of loads of things. Cant get a freeze, can?t get... a large drink and then I ask for the simplest thing on the menu and I get a completely different burrito then I asked for no redsauce or onions and what do you know I get those too. I like taco bell normally but, this particular one took 40 min to get a burrito and refried beans for me in the dining area, 3... other people who got there before me had been waiting longer. Yet the cars in the drive through were getting their food orderedand given out all within the time we were waiting. I just moved to Wichita falls and this was the second time I've eaten here. They messed my order up terribly so I ended up... paying more and the food got me sick. Taco bell in Dallas was prompt and fresh but this location is terrible. Food was cold,order was wrong, it tasted funny, and Not to mention the customer service was terrible. They have bad attitudes. I see why theirline never has a wait and people rarely eat here. I won't eat here again, terrible experience. Read more
