Have been there many times. Always had good food and wonderful service. Times have changed though. Wife and I went in to eat.... She had a Steak sandwich and I had a hamburger. She said hers was just ok and my burger didnt measure up to what I had gottenbefore. We dont live in Wichita . So we dont get into the falls very much. I love their Fish and Chips. I ordered one to go. Gotit and paid for our meal. When we got home I looked at my order. Instead of the normal large piece of fish and fries , I find 4of what looked like steak fingers and fries. I took a bite and found it over done and greasy. Was very disappointed. I calledto talk to manager. Told the lady that answered my problem. She said she would have the manager call. He didnt return my callreturn my call. Guess it wasnt important enough. Now the service we had was fantastic. Couldn't ask for more. I think the ownerdecided that there was more profit serving thos cheap stuff instead of the Pollack. Guess ill find somewhere else to eat whenwe come to The Falls. Read more

Decent food, terrible service. Was told I couldn?t use an available high chair for my one year old because another table ?might... need it?. You either have a baby or you don?t. Our waitress didn?t offer to find one for us and just walked away. Will notreturn. Read more

Love this place! Everything is awesome here! Oysters and catfish for me!! Fish is the in enough to get good and crispy, but... think enough to where you are getting plenty of fish with every bite. If you get there full order of fish bring your appetite!It is a lot of food! Read more
