Many stalls are always out of order. Drive thru speaker has not worked in several months. Equipment is not maintained making it... very difficult to order. The food is typical Sonic quality. Read more
Ordered a bacon egg and cheese croissant.. was told there is no egg.. fine... get the croissant. Cheese cold, bacon SO HARD IT... SHATTERS. girl running drive through with headset... has pink hair and too much make up... straight up ATTITUDE. I get ya don'twanna have to deal with admitting to a mistake... but lose the attitude. If I could give zero ????'s I certainly would waited over 15 minutes for 2 sweet teas that never arrived. Drove off... disappointed. This seems to be the trend with Sonic lately. I guess the actual drive up customers get waited on last while theapp customers are quickly tended to while the drive up customers simple order and get tired of waiting and drive away if theyhaven't paid in advance.
