If I didn't have to click for one star in order to leave a review I wouldn't have. Placed my order at 5:30, one of the pizzas... was wrong and it took till 8:00 to get it. Manager Melinda left without communicating to staff so my pizza sat there till Icalled 40 minutes later and it took another 20 to get it because there was another delivery along the way. I placed a delivery order online on August 20, 2022 at 5:42pm and my order was never delivered. After waiting 2 hours I decided... to call the store. The phone rang and rang. When I hung up and tried calling again the automated system said they were no longeraccepting orders and I was unable to speak to a live person. I put in a complaint online that night via their website. The verynext day I called the store and informed them what happened. The women I spoke to informed me she will notify her manager andget back to me. No one every got back to me. The next day I called and spoke to an assistant manager who informed me her manageralready informed corporate. She stated since it was an online order the store cannot do anything. Today is now August 29th and Istill do not have a refund and have not yet heard an apology from anyone or an explanation as to what happened with my order.Iwill now be disputing the charge with my credit card company. This spot generally is pretty good throughout the years it's gotten a little bit better as time has gone by. It seems like... sometimes the people they have to deal with don't understand how the world works so sometimes you might get a frustratedemployee but considering that I came in the other day after a guy had ordered 15 minutes prior and was complaining that hispizza was not ready when online I place mine almost an hour prior and it was just coming out of the oven. Unfortunately in lifethere will be times that someone new of something before you and got there first. No matter how much yelling you do it will notput your order in the oven in place of someone else's buffalo chicken pizza when you had all veggies. So be sooner to order foodthen later on a busy Friday night when the estimated wait time is 45 minutes to an hour and you just barely put the order in yousaid 15 minutes ago could have been 10 minutes ago. Chrissy, the manager, is so helpful! Every delivery driver has been exceptional. Don't listen to all the negative Nancy's, their... problems are either personal, or just with dominos as a whole. The people here are amazing! That's what matters. Read more
