Today was not as good as my last 4 visits. Staying in a hotel, so I frequented a lot. Butterburger today, seemed like thinner... burger patty, burnt around the edges. I never had mustard or ketchup on it, used packets before. Small fries were cold. Servicewas slow due to very long lines in drive thru. Not because of lack of help. It was a good 30 min wait inside, to go. I left at1:45. Don't forget to ask for Senior citizen discount. Read more
Nice clean new Culver?s in Wildwood. Food was ready quick. Can get Culver?s fix now in the Villages.
The fish was very good, but the pattymelt really greasy. Lots of kids working there are nice and hard-working, and some are not... very friendly and playing around . I've never seen an adult working there to supervise them either. Read more
You know how Culver's always has good food, a nice atmosphere and friendly employees. Well this particular one has none of... those, and lots of room to improve on all three. Not to mention the owner who after I did the survey called me when Ispecifically said contact via E-mail only (if contacted at all, never asking to be contacted), and offered only excuses andnothing to rectify my disgusting dining experience, hasn't the ability (or maybe desire, who knows) to be professional, politeor respectful. Edited update: Dear Culver's why would I contact you on the suggested E-mail likeyou want when I was told by Mr. Andrew the "owner" when he called that I did not wish to speak with him, but wanted to speakwith someone at corporate, and he said "there is no reason to contact them because everything just gets sent back to thefranchise owner"...So you want me to go into the whole detail again to have it sent to him.
