This was the worst thanksgiving meal I ever had! We spent good money for processed turkey, bad stuffing. We were missing rolls,... 1 tiny cranberry sauce, 1 soup. We bought 2 dinners for 4 people. This review is specifically for the outdoor area at a Fat Mezz concert. Nothing here relates to food (although they had a great... Bavarian pretzel!). If you love classic rock (Jimi, Stevie Ray, Beatles, Tom Petty, America...), then Google "fat mezz". Theyrock! Anyway, we headed over to Anglesea Pub on Saturday, October 8 for their version of October Fest. Normally when you seeFat Mezz, you need to get there up to a half hour early to get a seat. A half hour was way too short ofa time for this event.The place was PACKED. Normally I don't like crowds, but the vibe was awesome, the weather fantastic, and the music out of thisworld. So "yay" for that. A few things the managers might improve on: There were only two waitresses (that I saw) servingmaybe 200 people. I think management underestimated the crowd. The outside bathrooms were gone. One of the employees told methey didn't want to spend an extra $186 bucks to keep them there for a few weeks more. That was a mistake. Other than that,fantastic time! Everything was okay until our waitress brought the check. Oh wait, one person in our party never got part of their order but... okay they let it go...Just some side fries. The check was hand scribbles. We asked if it could be split because we obviously hadmore than one party. She said "no we don't do that." Okay we can figure it out except nothing was listed on the tab only thetotal. Okay we each owe around 50 bucks so I was going to cover with a card and our friends were going to give me cash. My wifelaid the check and card on the table. She comes around to collect and rudely announces "we're cash only." What?? Isn't this2022? Okay fine I understand maybe they want to avoid processing fees but at least let us know. I looked around for a sign atthe entrance but didn't see any. Waitress was just a bit rude.
