Took 20 minutes for two sandwiches. Wanted fries. They had them but I was told the fries needed to be "unlocked" on the menu (it... was 5 pm). When I politely asked how long I would need to wait, I was first ignored then finally told "a few minutes" (note formanagement -- encourage your employees to actually look up at the person when talking with them). They still weren't on the menu20 minutes later. Also, only one cash register as open with a long line of people, even though there was a second person behindthe counter. Read more

An absolutely amazing store to go at. They have all sorts of snacks, foods, drinks, and really anything you can get your hands... on. Wawa isn't super expensive and really is nothing like other resturants or stores. Love it. Read more
Very rude ladies making the sandwiches, I have over 15 years of customer service experience and having to be told did I even use... the system right , was very obnoxious. (havnt been to wawa in about 2 years) I’m like Um I didn’t know I had to specificallypress that usually when Id come I’d just tell the person and they would ask me my number and say “gotchu” this ladystraight insulted me then rolled her eyes to her coworker her coworker through her head back she said she doesn’t think shecan remember no vinegar on the bread just on the food ….… my bad incompetence.
