The day we came it was a rough day for the staffers. We could see just one cook, two servers, and one busboy in charge of... mopping, cleaning etc. We dreaded bad service but our food came out in a timely fashion, tasted great, and the server for ourtable really cared about giving us a good experience. She related to us that the other cook walked out and so instead of havingtwo cooks on staff it was just the manager cooking all the food.
