Once again, Chick-Fil-A did not disappoint. In fact, they surpassed expectation. This particular location has a beautiful... building sporting a fine dining like atmosphere with flowers on the tables, immaculate bathrooms and wondering service. I ?be been coming here from the start and the reason why I am writing this review is because the food is dropping in quality and... the staff. They have never been successful in supplying fries that are crispy/fresh and are not soggy. When you try to speakwith an employee about it, they always give you a difficult time. The fries are always cold. I have gotten to the point of notordering fries anymore. Some of the staff members are very, polite, helpful and kind, while there is a few that are veryunpleasant. Ex: the manager on duty Friday night. Very poor customer delivery and service. She needs a little more training inChick Fil-A?s etiquette ????. I had the same experience with the milkshake, I place an order and by the time my order is readythe milkshake is milky and watery. I ordered a spicy Chicken ???? sandwich. After biting into it and trying it I felt it was very dry. I opened tge Sandwich in... which I noticed no sauce, mayo, nothing. When I read the menue feature I saw that it was supposed to have dill pickle on it butnever got. This is the second or 3rd time I tried this place and I cant understand what the hype is all about. Great experience every time, I don't know how they are able to show up for work every day and be that kind to everyone. They... even seem to like each other. And the chicken biscuits are awesome moist butter and flakey biscuits with high quality chicken.It is the only fast food restaurant that I actually look forward to eating at. Read more
