I was told they soak there meat in hot water to thaw out the meat. I have eaten there twice. One when we moved here,then my... husband and I got sick. Then I had to today to hopefully retry it but I got sick again. I would not recommend anyone to go thethis subway. Employees are very disrespectful. If you don't like your job then don't work there. Beware. One of the employees has a bad attitude. She use the nasty wet knife that is stored in a washing cup to cut and make... your sandwich. The nasty knife was so wet that it made the bread wet and soggy where the cut was made. Disgusting? watch themwhen they make your sandwich. I had the sandwich remade by one of the nicer employees. Likely that employee was a manager. Thissubway location could use a Retail Food Safety inspection. Read more
It's a truck stop subway. Not the cleanest, but not the dirtiest. Friendly but they move at their own pace...but what choice... have you got on the toad out in the middle of nowhere. If you are craving subway right about now...pull over and eat ;) Read more

We went to the Willcox Subway on 6-25-2022. They had a sign set up that said due to nationwide shortage they are out of Ham,... Turkey, Rost Beef. This is a common occurance but the Subway in Safford, and Benson are fully stocked. Why should patrons goto a restaurant that never has food that is on the menu? It is a waste of my time to go to this Subway when we cant get thesandwitches that they have on the menu. Read more
