I'm a regular customer, ordering mostly via the app for pick-up. The store is everything you'd expect from Starbucks and above... average compared to other locations in BC. Friendly staff, pretty fast service given how busy this location always is and goodparking options. All in all a great addition to Williams Lake. Read more
Ordered chai latte through app for store pickup. App says it has cinnamon and the store staff missed it while preparing. On... requesting for it i was told that cinnamon is not included and there might be an error in app details. What an amazing staffwithout knowledge and slow in work as it was not ready and had to wait for pickup. Store was not busy when i went. But theresponse is amazing .... will u improve? Read more
