The food is good, unfortunately the beer wasn't available due to managment change and Virginia alchohol laws but it was... explained very nicely to us. The milkshake machines were also down, not sure why but we came for the food. This was a firsttime visit , I tried a Juicy Lucy Burger which was fabulous, the flavor of the patties with 2 cheeses and the sweet tomatorelish was excellent. Gave the truffle fries a go on request, not my cup of tea they were good just COVERED in sauce and youkind of miss the whole "fries" side dish thing. Read about the special beef burgers, excited to try next time hopefully thedrinks will be working then. I am so very disappointed in my order. Just got delivery through GrubHub. I ended up paying $42 for two burgers and one order... of onion rings?.and the food was barely edible. First?not one of the items was correct. The onion rings were burnt and sosalty, We couldn?t eat them. My daughter?s Plant based burger was wrong. They put toppings on there I selected to leaveoff?.there was maybe two drops of ketchup and another tiny drop of Mayo?..and the clincher is?.it was only HALF of a patty! When I checked mine?it was two mangled burgers on a bun with cheese and no other toppings that I ordered. The burgers were dryand I kept biting into tiny little pieces of gristle or fat. Very, very dissapointed and I just don?t think it is right to payso much for such poor quality. Will not be giving them return business. In the middle of a snowstorm in Williamsburg Virginia, I decided to go to BurgerFi and pick up some food. I had been wanting... to try several of their burgers since I had never been in a BurgerFi before. The three gentleman working were friendly and theplace was spotless. I highly recommend eating there but I decided to get mine to go and head back to try the food. So thefirst thing I ordered was the cry and fry. It is the onion rings and the French fries together. The first thing I chose was theonion ring and I have to say the crunch is perfect, the flavor of the onion is perfect, but the flavor of the batter is just alittle off from what I expected after having eaten onion rings all my life everywhere else. Now I got over that by eating thesecond one and realized that it's just a slightly different flavor than normal, but it's actually pretty darn good. I would haveto give the onion rings here. A would recommend minus. And now for the French fries. They were delicious and I give them awould recommend. They are a lot like five guys. They have the skin on them and they're very tasty. And now for the burgers. Itried the cheeseburger first. I did add onions to the burger because I love onions on a burger. So after having taken that biteI thought this is a really good burger and I would have to give it a would recommend minus also because it's quite tasty. It'sslightly different than everything else on the market. So I was happy. So then I tried the conflicted burger. I have to say Idid not expect it to taste that good. It had the veggie patty along with a hamburger patty. I was astonished about how it addeda unique flavor to the standard cheeseburger. UPDATE again (9/10/22): Under new management and it shows! Food was great, fries were perfectly cooked, drink machines were... actually stocked and employees actually know how to scan the rewards app! Was told they will attempt to fix the frozen custardmachine at some point and the new manager has placed temporary signs clearly stating what is unavailable/out of order. Also opentill 8pm Sun-Thurs and 9pm Fri-Sat *NOT 10pm yet*. UPDATE (Spring 2022): This location didn?t accept cash as a form of payment,they removed frozen custard from the menu, both soda machines are constantly out of everything but water, no soap in mensbathroom, the app scanners don?t work properly, and they close and lock the doors at 7:45pm daily not 10pm. Originalreview: This location had been hit or miss for me regarding food quality and customer service but after my most recent visit I?mfeeling optimistic about this location! I ordered a junior BurgerFi cheeseburger, a drink, and a frozen custard concrete. Thefood was great, and the customer service was the best I?ve had anywhere in a long time! The gentleman who took my order compedmy drink after telling them about my last experience at this location which he didn?t have to do! They also made me a custom OhMy Chocolate! concrete (O.M.C!) which hasn?t been on the menu in years! Also you can customize any concrete just ask them whatmix-ins they have! If you want an O.M.C!
