We decided to stop by the Williamsburg location today during our vacation trip, We usually get great food at chipotle this... location was an exception. Rice was hard, a few chips in a bag, not evenly cooked and stale. Not counting that in and out wasvery dirty. We didn?t see anyone cleaning tables or floors during our visit! 2 stars is a decent review! Read more
I?ve tried to give them a second chance after possible food poisoning the first time. This location needs a new owner and all... new management. The worst food and service I?ve ever seen. Do not waste your money at this location this is not to the corpstandard. The food is great but the employees are not friendly (every time I have been) and the bathrooms are gross, how are they washing... their hands if the soap dispenser is broken? There was no toilet paper, the hand sanitizer was empty and a ton of water on thefloor. Read more
Food: The food was good, it?s Chipotle. I decided to try the Pollo Asado on my bowl and I honestly could not tell a difference... between the regular Chicken. Food was well-seasoned and flavorful. They did not have chips available. Service: We took about 30minutes to order in-person. I notice that they were also taking in online orders and making them as they came in. Not only isthis holding us up but the employees are exhausted and used to the extreme. The online orders caused for the lobby to be openonly to pick up food, those who were waiting in line had to order their food through the app while being in the store. While wewere in line waiting, we encountered a few upset customers and it honestly was not the employee?s fault. Kitchen was dirty andnot very clean. The fountain drinks were not being taking care of. The soda was water and the Agua Frescas were emptied. ThisChipotle location should not overwork their employees and maintain order. Read more

This place doesn?t even deserve a one star rating. My family and I arrived at 9:15 PM after my sons football game for a late... quick dinner the restaurant plainly says that it?s open until 10 PM we walked through the door to find all of the chairs stackedup on the tables as if they were closed employees that did not greet us , and an extremely rude manager named Mercedes. No riceor tortillas on the bar at all to order. When we questioned whether the restaurant was completely out the manager said yes theywere out and that if she added some to the bar it would be too late and it wouldn?t be used however there were several othercustomers in the store wanting food as well after questioning this concept she then went on to state that they were actually outof rice completely in the store and that the rice cooker was broken. i?ve called corporate and filed a complaint. If you don?twant to provide customers with your full product 45 minutes before closing your store you should close at 9 PM instead of 10 PM.If your doors are open you should be providing for customer service including cooking whatever needs to be made so that yourcustomer has a full option from your menu . This manager who stated her name was Mercedes had an attitude and acted as if wewere bothering her, she seem to forget that those customers coming in the door after 9 PM and that last hour of her business arestill paying her paycheck. What food that was left on the bar was disgustingly old and looked an edible. The bar area where theyused to make your food was also very disgusting and had not been cleaned all day. The employees at this location should befired. If this store wants to continue upper management needs to do a complete employee overhaul!!!! We did not eat because themanager was unwilling to make fresh rice , And this was 45 minutes before closing time. Not even sure why they are open forbusiness With these conditions happening. Read more
