Not much better than a grocery store poke bowl. Most sauces were indistinguishable from plain mayo. We didn?t finish our bowls,... and we were starving beforehand. Not to mention the wait was about 20 minutes, and I was given the wrong toppings on my order. Read more

Order inside at the counter or at one of the tablets near the counter. Pickup orders at the pickup desk; look for thepickup sign above the counter. I had to wait a bit for my order to be ready. I went inside to pickup my order, told them thename, young lady said my drink is ready, I asked about the other food that I ordered, the young lady employee told me thatthat's all I had on the orer. The employees paid zero attention to anything going on in the restaurant other than whatever was going on in the back. We asked... for help several times as we had never been in before (tourists) ? and were brushed off and ignored. The self service orderingscreens were difficult to use and when we asked for help with them we were told to ?just use the screen??yeah that?s what wewere trying to do?. after asking for help maybe 3-4 times and no one coming out to help us, we gave up and left. Decided to grab lunch here after getting my nails done next door. I was pleasantly surprised and very happy with my poké bowl. ... I got the 2 protein poké bowl with spicy tuna and salmon, seaweed salad, kani salad, cucumbers, green onion and fish eggstopped with Sriracha mayo over spring mix. This was our first time here. It was awful. I ordered my bowl spicy and it tasted like plain water although it was red in color....
