Rooms were slightly outdated, but well cleaned. Requested items were brought to our room in a timely manner. The kid event staff... were lively and did phenomenal with all the children. Loose Moose buffet had a great selection of healthy and savory foods.Pizza on site was delicious. We went here for indoor water park this thanksgiving. It was an awesome experience. Its kid friendly. They rent warm towels ,... jacket tubes. We had a very awesome experience in water slides. There were lot of activities as well. The rooms were nice andclean. They had fridge . Microwave. Lots of towels. Bed was nice. Room was spacious as well. Loved the food at loose moosebuffet. First of all, loved the virtual assistant text service. Was easy and quick to ask questions. Our kids loved the water park,... especially since the water was warm and there were things for all the kids to enjoy. The room we got was spacious and clean. Nocomplaints here! The location was close to lots of different types of restaurants so we opted just to add the breakfast add-onand then eat out for lunch and dinner. Will definitely be back. Read more

Everything was amazing. Great family trip from kids to grandma. The breakfast pass was a great add on and it did not disappoint.... The kids love the paw passes and checking out all the different activities. My youngest wore their blow up Halloween costumesand it was amazing to see people coming to take pics with them, they had a blast! Will definitely come back in Oct again! Read more

The kids are having a great time!! The water park is great for them. BUT the room is not a room I would pay this price again... for it is beyond outdated ! The noise between the ceilings is like paper thin. Yes this is a family friendly hotel perfect butyou can hear crying babies between walls , the ceiling feels like we are about to get caved in. Like a hammer coming down on youit?s so loud. ( ended up having to call the front desk on my cell because the actually phone in the room didn?t work at all,they ended up having to send security). The buffet is overpriced for adults $30 for adults and it closes at 9 but they startremoving food at 8:30 and still charge you full price. Happy to get this time in for my step sons birthday as he doesn?t care ornotice as a child he just sees the arcade and water park :) but as an adult knowing the prices and the hype they put on thisplace they need to do better. Also there were 20 plus cars broken into. Very lucky ours wasn?t, but it was very unsettling. Iasked if there were cameras there are non crazy!! One of the employees said they would put extra security out but I checked onthe car later that day/night and there was absolutely no security. Read more
