Just placed an order for pick up order number 12626503243153408 two omelettes one with additional avocado, the avocado wasn?t... ripe, pancakes were thin as a tortilla, and the crispy potato pancake they were not even able to make it they said they couldn?tmake it so they just gave me hash browns instead. I asked for honey because my wife doesn?t eat her pancakes with syrup andguess what they put syrup in the bag instead of what I asked. Overall a terrible experience. Absolutely disgusting. There?s no signs on the bathrooms. They took off the signs. They don?t clean anything. Im pretty sure the... smell in there was days old because there?s no way one person did that. I?m unsure of which restroom it was because there was nosigns!!! The tables were sticky. I guess the food was okay. No one was doing their job. They were standing around. The wait was25 minutes but all the seats were open. There was only a few other families in there. The health inspector needs to be calledasap. Pretty sure I have Covid-3938 from that place. Credit to the chef for getting my food out of the freezer and heating it upthough. I?m unsure of how things aren?t growing on the floors. The waiters were nice. Please, don?t go there unless you?re dyingof starvation. Don?t go there willingly. We decided to stop at this place for some breakfast food. We were a group of 4 looking for easy quick food. We walked in and... waited for over 10 minutes. The host never came. There looked to be one other family waiting. As we could see, there was acouple of families seated and waiting for food. After we waited, we ended up leaving. When we walked in, there was a sign that informed us that were short staffed, and to please be patient. Thus, I expected service... to be slow and to rarely see a waiter/waitress during our stay. Wow, was I wrong!! I am not sure what magic powers the peopleat this IHOP possess, but I am quite sure they must have them!! Despite being short staffed our food came out quickly and washot. There was not 1 mistake in our order and the food was very very good! I've been to a lot of ihops throughout the US inprobably a dozen states. I'm not sure who their chef is, but they need a raise! Every person at our table had food that was madeas if the chef was entering the food in a contest! It was just incredibly delicious! (4 adults and a toddler) It wasn't justthe chef who impressed us. We were also very impressed by the waitress who served us. She was very prompt and attentive. Mywater was always filled, she noticed when we needed more straws and brought them before we asked, and was very patient with someof the more indecisive members of our family. But it wasn't just her service that impressed me. She was also happy and kind. Shenot only had a smile on her face, but she joked with my 4 year old neice and even talked to my 4 year old nephew who has severespecial needs. Most people are scared of the more severe special needs and it is unfortunately rare to find someone who willtalk to him or pay him any attention. I would go out of my way to go to this ihop again.
