I have worked at many restaurants and have never seen a team more dedicated to quality service provided to the people who come... to dine. I appreciate the attention to detail and the mangers who go above and beyond to create the atmosphere and food great! My family loves the Red Lobster and dines regularly. Coconut Shrimp is our go to FAVORITE item. Labor of love is truly thedefinition of the managerial team and it shows. My husband ordered ultimate feast. The lobster was overcooked, the crab leg was pathetic and overcooked. Service was ok, didn't... bring tools for crab leg or butter. The salad didnt have croutons either. Manager was helpful. Read more

Went in for lunch, managers came by a few times just to see how the food and service was, which i loved. The lobster bisque... was too salty, so i ended up with clam chowder, and it was great.
