Took 2 HOURS to get a pizza delivered. I had to call 2 times to find out where my order was. I was told it was coming...2... hours later???? After my second call the kid who answered the phone HUNG UP on me!! My pizza arrived over two hours after itwas ordered and it was ice cold. I will NEVER order from them again! Don't wait your money or your time! Read more
Great pizza joint, good quality pizza and so far always consistent. I really like their char cup pepperoni little extra spice. ... Their medium wing sauce actually has a nice bite to it. Only complaint they tend to be very skimpy with their pizza toppings,unless you order extra. But all in all great place. Read more
We tried Rocco's for the fist time this week, and won't be back. We ordered online, and showed up at the suggested time to pick... up our pizza and poutine, only to find out that they have their lobby set up so only one person can enter the building at atime. You can imagine how much of a mess this makes with multiple people stopping it at the same time in the rain. When I wasfinally able to come in out of the rain to pick up my food, my pizza was done, and the poutine hadn't been started yet. Whilewaiting for the second half of the order and watching the confusion and chaos in the restaurant, it's pretty clear that theyhave a lot of things to iron out. Reviewing the food, the poutine was pretty solid, although the "large" portion is what you'dtypically see from a street vendor as a normal order, and it had about twice the gravy I would have expected. The pizza was ageneric pie with bland dough and sauce, and decent pepperoni. Overall it was a pretty forgettable pizza. Given how many pizzaoptions we have locally, I'd be surprised if Rocco's can build any sort of customer base without some big changes on how theplace is run, and how blah the pizza is. Read more
Ordered on Sunday at 5:06pm. The person stated up to 60-90 min for delivery. I questioned that due to I could go pick it... up. He said I?m sure it won?t be very long. First time ordering two med subs. The sub was on the size of a hoggie bun. Very small. The pizza sub cheese wasnt melted. I would have called to reorder but it took them an hour and half to bringour subs that weren?t even warm. Very disappointed. We?ve always order from the competitors but thought it would be nice forsomething different. Sorry but your subs and service need work. Read more

Order this pizza last night. this is by far the worst pizza I've had in New York State in 4 years. They charge you 2.99 each for... your toppings. The pizza looks like this. the bottom was full of flour every time you take a bite it was chalky there was verylittle sauce and $2.99 per topping for a large pizza I may have 15 pieces of pepperoni total on my pizza not to mention almostno black olives or mushrooms can be seen, what a shame.
