Just finished a fast of not eating and stopped to get part of one of my fav meals. Purchased what I've purchased for the past 3... weeks. I purchased the same thing once to twice a week since this location has been open. Advised them that they overcharged me,but the manager arguably stated it was correct. I was charged $3.10 for Pico, which is free. The manager on duty today needsmore training. Ruined my Chipotle experience today. It has been one of my healthy choice places since 2006. Ruined my love forthe place. Charged $18 for just double side of queso and a side of chicken. SMH Read more
I wish I had read the reviews before I came. Waited 10 minutes for chicken to be ready just for the person to say quesadilla can... only be ordered online. The quesadilla was almost the same size as a kids quesadilla. My chips were stale. Wasted 35 minutes fornothing. Probably will never come to this chipotle again. Read more
Waited in line for a good 10 minutes and got to the front just to be told that they were all out of proteins but they would have... steak in about another 5-10 minutes. The girl at the counter was not overly friendly or enthusiastic about working there. Couldbarely understand her mumbling and she kept looking back to her coworkers like she didn?t know what was going on. (Maybe she wasnew IDK?) There was a long line behind us and we told her maybe she should let them know there would be a wait too. Definitelynot the best experience for a chipotle. I love chipotle, eat it on a weekly basis, and have probably eaten at more than a dozen locations while traveling throughout the... Northeast. I was excited to try this location cause it was new and now the closest one to home for me. Long story short? thiswas by far the worst one I?ve ever been to. The portion was ridiculously small, the rice and chicken was cold, and the reactionI got from the person making the bowls when I brought the above to their attention was so pathetic it made me laugh.
