I ordered 2 pizzas online as a pickup order, went and picked it up, and came home and realized it was incorrect. I called the... place to see if maybe they'd fix it or refund me since it was an online order. I spent 15 mins on the phone with multiple peopleworking there because they couldn't figure out what was wrong. Eventually, I was told they would remake it for me if I broughtin the other pizza. So, I waited and after the worker "inspected" the incorrect pizza he said we could keep it anyways. Veryweird and uncomfortable business practices, from someone who worked in the food industry.
