Just moved to Williamston a couple of months ago and this was my 1st time ordering from Mama's. My food was excellent and... prepared correctly, including extra toppings in my calzome and extra sauces for my boneless wings. The pricing was reasonableand my service experience was top-notch. There was some confusion about my extra sauces and the guy checking me out went aboveand beyond in making sure it was correct. Great local pizza joint!! I highly recommend!! Read more
Holy pizza crust Batman! Stopping here was a fantastic life choice. Very clean, comfy and home-y and the staff was so nice and... respectful! Even the customers were friendly and respectful! I heard positive salutations the entire visit. "Good evening sir""thank you sir" "yes ma'am", etc. The food on the buffet was fresh, and incredible. I tried all of their available homemadepizza and loaded up on spaghetti and meatballs. Following things up with their life changing Apple crisp. We went here for lunch. Us, being very friendly people, got treated back the same by the staff, which was nice and expected.... However, upon looking at the menu, I saw the striking difference between this resto and the Mama's pizza we normally go to inTarboro. The food is pretty expensive here. So ok, I thought that maybe due to COVID and it's hard to get staffing and rawmaterials being high too lately that we'd expect delicious food, but no. While they're served warm and fresh, the pasta sauce ofmy Alfredo was extremely greasy as if a gallon of oil had been used, and it doesn't taste the same as the one in Tarboro. Then,I asked for a box to just take out my food maybe my son would eat it, but no one came back. We had to ask the front desk for myto-go box. I'm not really happy with my dining experience so far. I'd probably just keep going to the Tarboro Mama's Pizza,where prices are much better and expect the food to be delightful to finish. Read more

What a delicious surprise! Stopped in while traveling because I was hoping for a quick salad and maybe a slice of pizza. I was... welcomed with a smile and invited to ?sit anywhere you like?, and immediately offered a beverage. I ordered a Stromboli and wasencouraged to visit the salad bar instead of having a salad prepared for me. The salad bar was well-stocked and clean, withfresh items and sanitary, generous individual dressing portion cups. But my mouth was really in for a treat when my steakStromboli was delivered hot out of the oven! Housed in a flaky crust with layers reminiscent of a hearty croissant, the largepastry was FILLED with tender flavorful shaved steak and loads of gooey cheese! The accompanying sauce cup was delicious andmore was offered several times! I was presented an extra cup of sauce, a box and a to-go cup as I was leisurely finishing mymeal.
