Almost all Chinese restaurants have coupon incentives on their menus offering free stuff IF you reference a coupon when... ordering. China House is different. Whether or not you reference a coupon if you spend: $20 or more- you get 1 FREE can of soda,$25 or more- 2 FREE cans, $35 or more- 1 FREE 2-liter and its automatic!! Of course they still honor the coupons for the FREEPt. Pork Fried Rice, Small General Tso's Chicken, and the newly added (and quite popular) Coconut Shrimp if you spend the $20,$25,or $35 amounts. Supplying free drinks solely based off a purchase is unprecedented. This place is great. Yes I haveworked here as a driver but I have inside info I can offer. ALL egg rolls, including the delicious cheese steak egg roll, andshrimp roll are hand made in-house. Granted their English has not yer been perfected, but whose has? They treat their employeeswith respect, they pay well, and offer them anything on the menu; drinks included and A.Y.C.E., every day they work. NEVER haveI seen a company do that. I ordered online, 1 hour later I called. The lady told me that I have to wait for the manager to call me back in 5 minutes. He... never called. I called back and spoke to a guy that acted like he didn't speak English. He never asked me what order I was,just said 15 minutes. He hung up on me and wouldn't accept my calls after that. I went into the restraures and he finallyasked what order I was. By this time, it was too late. 1&1/2 hour's later. I moved on to the next and will never beback. I used to enjoy ordering food from here because they're one of the only delivery places in the area but never again. This is the... second time China house let me down. The first time being that they told me they wouldn't deliver unless I ordered over $50worth of food. The second time was when they told me they wouldn't deliver to my house because it was a mile over their deliveryradius, after they had been delivering to me for over a year.. Very upset with this place. We placed a $32 order and tipped $5. When we opened the bag, the entire order was messed up! I... called twice to speak with them and the language barrier was SO BAD! I asked to speak with someone else and they hung up thephone on me! I called back and they offered me a $2 soda for our inconvenience! I use to order from them weekly.
