The Williamsville location doesn't seem to follow what the menu is. Ordered a BMT melt which should've been pressed/toasted... according to the menu and it wasn't pressed (just barely warmed). Gave them the benefit of the doubt so the next time I ordereda BMT on flatbread, which in all of my years ordering rhis exact sub has always automatically come toasted since it's theflatbread, and they never toasted it. This is the only location I've been to that seems to have this issue. Read more
Only for money. Won't let you use coupon. Super greedy with toppings. Didn't know what banana peppers were. Go to any location... but this one. Subways great just not with these 3rd party people taking over. Read more
Wow. The women DEVI working here is so efficient! She is an amazing worker. She Is so friendly. Great customer service
The employee (Devi) making the sandwiches was very unprofessional. She put two 6" sandwiches for two different people on the... same deli paper. Some green pepper came off of one sandwich and fell onto the bare counter and she PUT IT BACK IN THE SANDWICH.We had to ask three times to get more than two napkins. She also wanted to put both sandwiches in the same tray, so I guess twopeople are expected to just eat off the same small plate? The overall experience was very strange, and I have not had somethinglike this happen at Subway before. I would recommend going to a different location. Read more

We normally go to the subway on Transit, but today we went there and they were out of lettuce, no biggie. So we went to the next... closest one on Sheridan. We had a coupon, Two subs for $13 that expire 11/05/22 and figured we would use it. We also got 1/2 asub for our daughter. When we were about to checkout, my boyfriend handed the lady the coupon and she said she couldn?t acceptit. He asked ?why?? And because English wasn?t her first language, we couldn?t understand why and she handed us our coupon back.We LOVE subway and usually never run into issues but this was ridiculous. I was waiting in the car and when I heard this, I toldmy boyfriend I would have said ?okay, thanks but never mind we don?t want them then? but he didn?t because the subs were alreadymade. He?s a lot nicer than me because I still would have walked out but sheesh?. I normally don?t write reviews but I wantedpeople to be aware of this location to avoid what we encountered. Read more
