Ordered lunch using the app and couldn't be happier with it. The order was ready and waiting on the shelf when I arrived... (including the drink) and my burger was made with a lettuce bun to accommodate my gluten allergy, as I had requested in the app.Also, the app very clearly listed which products contain wheat, which was super helpful. Went at 6:50 for breakfast before work - it said they were open on Google - mind you the sign light wasn?t on but I figured... maybe they forgot. I pull up to the drive thru and the menu light isn?t on either. I tell the lady I can?t see the menu and shesays ?yeah it?s only me here so it?s not on yet? so I?m like ok whatever I order the breakfast potato wedges and she?s like ?Idon?t have those right now, just the sandwiches? The sign on the door of this Wendy's location says the dining room is supposed to be open until 10 PM. I am a GrubHub delivery... driver. Today was only the most recent of many times when I have shown up to pick up food for a customer only to find the doorslocked, and I had to wait in a drive-thru line that literally wrapped all the way around the building. I really don't want to beone of those old men yelling at cloud and saying people these days don't want to work, but it's becoming harder and harder toexplain it any other way. Whoever the manager is here needs to instill some discipline in their employees or else get rid ofthem and replace them with people who actually want to make a contribution. Read more
