I went in tonight and ordered a cheesesteak platter, and a quesadilla... I loved this place because I never had a problem and... the food was so tasty!! However tonight was something different. I witnessed the cook not only prepare, but cook and place myquesadilla with bare hands all over it into the container... and when I confronted and asked him why he doesn't use gloves toprepare and handle people's food he started slamming cabinets and still proceeded to place my cheesteak in the other containerbare handed ? ????... the young girl at the register was trying to tell me that he washes his hands and that's all he does allday... obviously I wasn't sweating her. When I arrived to pickup my order I was greeted with a "Yes?" by a female employee who was leaning over the counter. Brushed... that inital interaction off. After payment, she told me the pizzas were "down there" on the counter. (Didn't know this was selfserve.) I asked for a couple of plates as I ordered two pizzas and was told I should be charged for them. I thought she waskidding. I asked if she was serious and she said something along the lines of we use these for dine-in and we charge foreverything. I responded with, "Ok, I'll have to remember that for next time."
