We've been here nearly a year, but still looking for the perfect burger place. We found it at Culver's. Best food ever,... EXCEPTIONALLY low prices and exceptionally clean surroundings. We were greatly impressed, not only by the excellent food, butby the friendliness of the staff. The only drawback is, they don't deliver nor Door Dash, but we needed a good excuse to getout of the house anyway. They're going to be our new regular go-to for fast food. Just got home from Culver's. My husband ordered a triple burger, with everything but cheese, and my grandson ordered a deluxe... double burger. My husband got a DOUBLE burger WITH cheese and my grandson didn't get cheese or onions on his deluxe burger. WePAID for a triple burger. I spoke to "Linda" who went to her manager about the triple burger being only a double burger andwas told because my husband had already eaten most of the burger, they were sorry but there was nothing they could do. She toldme I should have gone to the till right away if I realized there was a problem and I told her to look at the line up of peoplestanding waiting to order. She said I should have gone to the other till and then proceeded to tell me how I should have toldthem what was wrong with my order. I had already been at the other "till" to ask for a cup for water and the guy there didn'tspeak one word to me but I was expected to go back to the that till and allow this same guy to be rude again to me? The managerwould do nothing about it and Linda spoke to me like I was 2 years old. I will never step foot in that place again. Read more
