Coffee was okay. Understaffed and overworked staff. Muffins were good.
I went to get a macchiato last night, i also work at a dunkin so i was very patient. It took me a bit longer to get there so my... drink melted a bit, so i promptly asked for a cup of ice. The manager, Colleen, then rolled her eyes, sighed, and rudely stated?25 cents.? that is completely fine, i am totally willing to pay, i pull out my debit card to pay. and she scoffed and said?Seriously? it?s 25 cents, you?re going to use your card? You know it costs us more to run cards right?? she whined on. ?god,just take it then? she said shoving the ice cup towards me almost making it fall over. i then apologised and explained that ididn?t carry cash on me, and that i would pay in cash if i could and she just put her hand up at me and ignored me.
