Absolutely best food in Willits!!!! Ray is an amazing cook and such a nice guy. My son and I have been going to the bistro for... about 8 years and we?ve never had an off meal, complete tastebud satisfaction every time ????. Pricing is very fair, service isgreat, and space is clean and inviting. I hope everyone that has a chance to go does, as they won?t be disappointed. Read more

A hidden gem in Willits, CA with great food, friendly staff & very charming decor with fun art from the owner. A great husband... and wife team! We were passing through the area on our way home to the Bay Area. We stumbled upon this gem & had a delicious,relaxing dinner-enjoying the music & art on the wall. We have been to France and other European countries many times and we found the food at Roland?s Bistro to be every bit as good.... This bistro is a small restaurant in a strip mall that is an absolute treasure. We had the chicken piccata, and it waswonderful. We have been away from home, traveling, for 5 weeks, and we thought this was the best meal of the whole trip. Theservice was exceptionally friendly and our food came at a timely pace.
