I realize there was an issue with my order when I got home. two days had passed... and I was getting frustrated that I didn't have my receipt so I stopped in the store anyway to see if my issue could beresolved. Order a chipotle pizza for rapid pick up. Arrived within 10 mins and still had to wait. When I finally got my pizza and arrived... home my order was incorrect and my pizza was cold. There was no bacon on the chipotle chicken & ?bacon? pizza anc it was cold. Iinstantly called to speak to the manager, spoke with Rachel who was no sincere at all. She didn?t really seem apologetic at all.She asked me if I wanted them to make me another one which obviously I did. Ordered pickup from this Panera at 3:30PM for a 5PM pickup. When I arrived at 5:05PM my order hadn?t even been started yet. At... 5:30PM I asked for my money back as I had a pressing appointment to keep. At this, the manager got visibly angry, told me thatthey?re doing the best they can, and that I just had to wait? Normally don't have issues playing an order and then picking up, the food is pretty good, but sometimes the sandwich is really... well made, sometimes it looks like it was just quickly thrown together. Still tastes good though. Check the take out bag forutensils, it doesn't matter what you put online, you probably don't have them! Also, went in today and they had no diet soda,and no alternative, maybe it's time to upgrade the drinks machine?
